The night before Thanksgiving, we opened our bench and found significant damage. I was so worried because even though we received our table months prior, we hadn’t needed the bench and had not opened the box. I was so bummed that not only would we not have it for Thanksgiving, but the chances of receiving a replacement before Christmas was probably slim. Kevin of the warranty team immediately requested for a replacement bench to be shipped to me. Much to my surprise we got it 2 days before Christmas! I absolutely love my Transformer Table (and bench) and TT’s customer service has been out of this world!

I was getting frustrated as I couldn’t reach anyone directly for days (it is the holiday season) to sort out my issue. Today I reached Kane and he was awesome - very friendly, patient and handled my shipping issue, sent me confirmation via email right away and assured me I would be contacted if anything else was needed. Thank you so much!!

There was a misunderstanding with the Sales Director which led to me purchasing a coffee table that did not match my Costco Transformer Table. Thankfully, Kevin from the warranty team was able to clarify the colors and swiftly organize an exchange in products.

I find it extremely despicable that…

I find it extremely despicable that Transformer Table is taking money from customers and essentially not providing the product. I have requested a refund because I have not received my product TT has chosen to block me from their social media and not respond to my request either. This is an ACTUAL review of this company. Please do NOT fall for the lure of this company they deceive their customers and do not provide the product and hold your money hostage.

Very disappointed, requesting a refund

Very disappointed, ordered table in July and still waiting four months later. The proposed delivery date has passed twice now, and now we have a 3rd delivery date scheduled at end of January. This is unacceptable. Every delivery date comes and passes with no communication from the company. I have made a cancellation request and asked for a full refund, but still have not heard back and no refund has been issued. I am out of pocket $4000 which is not a small amount of money. Very unhappy. I would have loved to support a Canadian company but the timelines and no communication is not acceptable.

We received our beautiful new table on…

We received our beautiful new table on time to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving. It looks beautiful- it has 4 comfy good looking chairs and is totally flexible. The order was efficient and very fast and our 2 delivery men were personable and efficient. The service staff was terrfic - great price!

Delivery delayed going on 3 months...

Placed an order in early September, was to be delivered end of October. Longer than advertised on their site but I was fine with the timeline. Didn't hear anything from the company when the delivery date came so I reached out via email. They say - yeah, going to be delayed until end of November. I would not have known this unless I had contacted them. November date is here and I reach out for yet another update because I have heard NOTHING. This time? Delayed until January. The excuse? A delay in production. Again. They should NOT be selling items if they can't fulfill orders. They should be PROACTIVELY telling customers when orders are delayed. They should be competent enough to plan ahead for production times and needs when they are taking all these orders. It is ridiculous. I would not recommend buying a table from this company. I'm not sure when I'll get my table and who knows what condition it will arrive in. They can't get their production or their customer service to an acceptable level, so I'm not optimistic they will get the quality right.

Then the company responds that they “can’t find me as ever having an order “. I just emailed them with my order number. I just wanted other reviewers to know that I did place an order and that the company’s response here on trust pilot seems to be an attempt to discredit my review so far. Insinuating that I hadn’t made an order. Will update as needed.

Another update- I sent the company all the information both via email and through trust pilot. Still no response and still no update on my order.

WOW! Great people

WOW! I honestly was very frustrated navigating the AI bot. Granted it was a holiday week, but I couldn't seem to get ahold of a person. I finally found the call in number and was expecting a maze of touchtone options. Instead I got a friendly, cheerful and HELPFUL real, live person on the phone. If this is how transformer hires, I am all for giving them my business. I am so impressed with the care I recieved.

Kevin was super fast in addressing our need for a replacement panel for our table! AMAZING customer service, and frankly not use to this kind of support. Thank you, THANK YOU, I will definitely be buying another table for my office!

I had a broken panel and Kevin of the warranty team immediately requested for a replacement table panel to be shipped to me within 1 business day of submitting my request.

STILL haven't received my table ordered 8/19/24

I ordered the table, and on 8/19/24, the website showed a delivery date of October 17-22 (or something very close). Today, 11/25, I have no table and no response to my inquiries about delivery time. In between, I've had some good communication with Tashi, who seems to have 'gone missing.' I've sent multiple txts and emails because I need to make a delivery plan as I'm not in the town where the table will (theoretically anyway) be delivered. VERY discouraged and if I could get ANYone to respond, I would just ask for my $2600+ to be refunded.

I ordered my table 11/2 and was guaranteed delivery by Thanksgiving. I have gotten calls saying it's coming I will have it last week. Now Thanksgiving week I am being told I will have it December 3

Love the table and the customer service!

The table is a fantastic addition to our home and customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. One of the removable monitor attachments got bent while installing the monitor, and Kevin of the warranty team immediately requested for the replacement parts to be shipped to me.
