Quality product that was easy to order and shipped quickly. This is the second mat I have ordered for my home. These mats are nice looking, hold up well, and appear to be constructed very much like mats I have purchased from popular catalog/online retailers that cost twice as much.
When we first started inquiring about mats for our offices we had no idea of what an overwhelming task that was going to be. All the different pile heights, styles, colors, sizes etc.

I found this company during a Google search for "custom door mats". Diane is awesome! She answered many questions, asked some herself and then sent us several mock-ups to choose from. Made my choice, Diane said she would let me know when the mat was ready. She sent me an email, I paid online and received the mat a few days later. The mat looks SO good, I just ordered another one! Quality service and quality product!

We had some questions regarding pricing, lead times, and format for a custom mat. All questions were answered within 2 hours. The proof was sent the next day after we submitted our artwork, and we received the product within a week, and it was extremely accurate to the proof.

The products were very satisfactory. Ordering for the Federal Government can sometime be daunting, but working with Diane Noles, was an easy task. She was helpful in all aspects of our rules. Above that, she was always super friendly and never seemed frustrated by the process. Look forward to working with her in the future.

We ordered our company logo on a mat for the fornt enterance. It came out GREAT!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone..... The cost was great and the mat looks amazing. It really provides a great statement piece when you walk in our front door.

It took a little longer to go through the process of getting a custom mat but we really like what we ordered. We did have a problem with our order but it was cleared up quickly. The rep who worked with us was highly customer service oriented

I called the phone number listed on the delivery and received the best customer service ever! Not only was a new item shipped immediately we were told to keep the broken one. This will enable us to have two - one with some tape attached:)
