Quality product that was easy to order and shipped quickly. This is the second mat I have ordered for my home. These mats are nice looking, hold up well, and appear to be constructed very much like mats I have purchased from popular catalog/online retailers that cost twice as much.
When we first started inquiring about mats for our offices we had no idea of what an overwhelming task that was going to be. All the different pile heights, styles, colors, sizes etc.

Though I only just received it, I'm already loving it. It's very deep and plush though the cardboard box it arrived in was all but destroyed. The manufacturer should invest in a higher quality cardboard box. My only complaint. I am using this in my outdoor Summer Kitchen in South Florida where heat, humidity and torrential downpours are common during the Spring and Summer. Though my summer Kitchen has a canopy, everything gets soaked anyway.......this mat is doing just fine so far.

I cannot say enough about how smoothly the process of ordering mats went! I emailed them and within moments I had a reply and the order was started. They arrived in a timely manner and they look just like the proof. I will be a repeat customer! As the title suggests, Ultimate Mats sold us a good product at a fair price. The mat provides excellent protection for the wood floor in our entry hallway. I would have given a five star rating but it took over three weeks from the time it was ordered until we received delivery.

We ordered a water & dirt absorbing mat to place at our front door. We are very pleased w it! I would order it again. The only suggestion would be to make the brown mat a much darker shade of brown.

The rug is great. High quality and good looking. I think I might even order one for the house. The downside: the delivery/shipping time is long in comparison to other online services and my charge account was charged 3 weeks before I received the rug.

I love the mats I ordered. I have been looking at them for some time and am more than pleased that I purchased them. They don't slip on our wood or tile floors; the colors go well with our décor and the most positive plus is my husband's wheel chair goes over these mats easily. They don't bunch or lift up at the edge as the wheels go over them.

It took an unusually long time to receive the product -- about one month from the day I placed my order. However, when I did inquire about my order I got prompt replies. The product was as described and in great shape, works as advertised.

If you're not in a hurry, I'd recommend UltimateMats. The products are very good and the prices are among the best on the web. You won't be able to get good informational updates about your order on their website and it took quite awhile to process and ship the items. I would use them again, however.

the entry mat for our door - the half circle was PERFECT. the other water hog mat, the 18 inch wide one, had mars in the rubber backing and on the outside edge. As it was for a boat entry it was Ok but would have returned it if it was for our house

I had the best experience with Ultimate Mats. Not only do they respond to inquiries immediately but I had dealt with Diane, who was so helpful and accomodating and made sure my order was absolutely accurate. I got the prototype back in less than 2 days which was very quick. I was having them design an entry rug for my hair salon with our logo. It came very quickly by UPS and it was absolutely beautiful. Quality is top notch and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them in the future and will also recommend to anyone. Try them you won't be sorry. :)
