We joined to Vodafone on 18th December and after New year we had the problems and on 7th January it stopped working at all. Support service doesn't work. Everyday we are waiting update and they only change the date and nothing happens one week ago. Both me and my son are working remotely, but vodafone doesn't care. We are still waiting for any internet and asked the refund, will cancel this service once we get internet back...
Ste and Racheal have been so helpful today! I am technologically illiterate and these two have gone above and beyond for me.
While sat in store I also witnessed them being so patient, kind and diplomatic with some very difficult customers.
I highly recommend this store, especially these two staff members.
I am now confident with the subjects I had queries on and I’m so grateful for their support!
My wife and I visited the Vodafone shop in Newbury today as we had had an intermittent problem with her Pixel 8 phone. Mike the manager and Paul were very helpful and we now have a plan to diagnose and hopefully fix the problem. The first step has been completed and we will see if this works. We were thankful for their positive attitude and professionalism even though they weren’t earning any revenue and they ensured that the data was backed up properly etc.
We would definitely use them again when upgrading our phones. Thank you

Really helpful staff in store
Josh in Swansea store very helpful in going through my existing contract with me and helping me remove unnecessary data. Have used Vodafone for years due to good mobile coverage, and have always had great customer service in this store. Highly recommend.

I had a balance on my account which I requested to be credited into my bank account 5 weeks ago. I got back to them 4 times so far, and they finally credited a small amount of my balance. I am wondering how long it`s gonna take and how many times I have to get in touch with them until I get the total amount back. They treat customers as fools

Will was an absolute superstar
Will was an absolute superstar. I took my 82 year old Auntie to get her a new phone. He was super patient and very helpful. He didn’t rush her at all, we were there for a while. I also upgraded my SIM card too. Would highly recommend this guy!
