Maija was really helpful, easy to talk to and gave clear advice on the phone and the new contract. Her customer service skills are excellent. Highly recommend Vodafone White Rose.
I’m scoring a 5 for the advisor Luke, he was very helpful and patient. If I was scoring the experience it would be much less, the systems were very very slow kept coming up with errors and crashing. This meant he had to start all over again. Took 3 and a half hours to upgrade 2 phones and add 2 watches. Should be a lot quicker than this.
Very happy with the service from Luke. He sorted out my broadband and SIM to get me a good deal.

I visited the white rose phone shopping…Vodafone phone shopping
I visited the white rose phone shopping this afternoon to upgrade mine and my husbands phone.
Luke was extremely helpful to us both. We’re both a bit tech rubbish and he helped set up new phones. This was amazing and made our lives stress free.
He made us feel comfortable and ‘not stupid’.
