We bought a Mars hot tub about 2 years ago and have used it several times a week throughout its life. We love it and rate it very highly and have had no issues with it, apart from one tiny thing. The tie down straps buckles that it came with are next to useless and pull apart with ease and unfortunately during windy periods, it has blown open. I have taken to weighing it down with heavy objects but this is far from ideal. Do you have a replacement set of buckles that work?

The spa can be configured using the main buttons, but also by an app on your phone. It's good that a heating and filtering schedule can be configured. This way, the spa only heats up during the day when our solar panels are providing power and the temperature is good at the moments we use it.
The coating inside the hot tub (purchased in March 2024), started to come off a few months after starting using it! Reported to Wellis in September & told Wellis would like to inspect it. No one appeared so we chased the matter with our supplier who said Wellis had agreed to replace the tub & would build a new one. This was in later September 2024. Numerous emails asking for a delivery date brought no resolve. We were recommended this particular tub for holiday let use through Sykes Cottages & our experience is not positive. If we could get a refund we would go elsewhere! Rubbish service & tub. After providing all the info requested seven days ago I have heard nothing!

Overal shell delamination and blisteringl

We have had nothing but bad luck with…
We have had nothing but bad luck with our Wellis Mont Blanc spa since we first received it. It started with the lights not working, then the cover disintegrated, the jets not working properly, and a possible leak. The headrests are discolored and the tub is growing mildew rapidly. This is all with constant care. The local dealer has been awful and will not stand by the product that they sell. This tub cost us over $12,000 and I feel totally fooled and robbed. I would not recommend Wellis to anyone. I just ready a couple pages of bad reviews on the BBB site. Many people have experienced the same, and their responses are all similar and appear to be lies. We were also ignored when we reached out after being laughed at by the local dealer. It's awful and frustrating after working hard to earn money for one nice thing.

The function for the lights is lacking
The function for the lights is lacking, in that to select a single solid color you have to "cycle" thru all the color and pattern options. Seems there is actually minimal insulation.

Hassle Free Parts From Wellis.
I purchased a replacement jet and face plate from Wellis Parts. The process to order the parts was very easy and the parts surprisingly cheap. Postage was with DHL, great service and tracked all the way. Unfortunately one of the parts had a manufacturing defect ! No problem, Wellis requested a photo of the faulty part and despatched the replacement very quickly. Great service, good price and excellent communication from Wellis.

Wellis is very polite on his customerservice, answere correct and in a short time. About the jakuzzi: the app is a little slow and the side-cover of the spa could be better installed. A few screws more would be helpfull. But we use the spa every day and enjoy it very much!

Really like my Wellis spa but it took…
Really like my Wellis spa but it took awhile. Very frustrated at first as the water kept smelling bad and was cloudy and would not clear. Followed all directions and went the dealer MULTIPLE times. Finally told to purge and change water and all kinds of green yuk came out of the pipes. Were told it must have been from when it was water tested at the production plant. Refilled and switched to clorine and it has been much better. Corner panels also pop off and could have been designed better. Holds temperature well.
