Beautiful stone mirror which is wall hung in our hallway and has complimented the entrance. Very well packaged and delivery driver communicated well for safe delivery. Only slight negative was a long wait for the mirror, had to chase the company who had not communicated with me. Though I would recommend.

I have spent a total of £600 with this company. Two mirrors I purchased.

One the Lucian’s a small in color concrete. one in large in concrete color.

First mirror arrived no issues.
Second mirror I get an email to say it will be late (I had originally ordered this as a Christmas present for a friends new home) so I was disappointed but as they said it wa side to adverse weather i accept these things happen. 9 days later my mirrior arrived. But it’s yellow in color as if it had not been finished properly. It in no way matches the description on there web page.
When I emailed to ask why they said they changed manufacturing and are now using less chalk (something they should inform customers+ update the colour on there web page. This later turned out to not be true as they then offered me to wait untill the next batch of mirrors were available so another month or more and they will send me a stone colored one. After this had been escalated to sky a customer service manager she offered to collect this one and again and send me a new one with a further wait depending on stock, Something I did not want to do she also offered a meat £40 store credit refund for the inconvenience. I refused offer this as I will never buy anything again and said due to construction the discolored mirrors has been hung. As it was at risk of damage. She proceeded to not read my emails correctly and also took days and days to respond. 16 days now I have been awaiting a reasonable offer from this company. I have stated I will keep this mirror and have it repainted at a cost of my own and request half of my money back as I received a half finished product. Now sky has said she would like an invoice for the paint work and then they will discuss this further? What there is to discuss I don’t know. The inconvenience and frustration this has caused me is unacceptable.

The customer service team is less than helpful/ rude. Who knows when or if I will receive a refund for a half finished product sent to me late and not what I had originally ordered. This is completely against my consumer rights. Lost a loyal customer.

This was my first purchase from William Wood, I purchased a large black mirror. Unfortunately the quality is really poor, you can see all the mastic glue around the edges and the mirror sits in the frame really poorly - in parts you can see straight through.
Certainly not a luxury item, that the brand sets as an expectation.

They delivered a distorted mirror and can not replace it for 40 days now, they delete my reviews and also they offered me money to remove my honest review of their product from trustpilot

#scam do not buy mirrors from them

They also keep removing my reviews from trustpilot, but I can all the evidence, so hope those will be re-installed

Ordered mirror on the 26/12/2024, I cancelled 2 days later due to time of delivery, sent countless emails for refund all I seem to be getting back from them is we are busy. On their website they say 3 working days for refund today it’s 14/01/2025 still nothing. Also reading other reviews on here really poor customer service avoid at all costs!!!

An excellent shopping experience as always. Delivery was not quick but this was made clear prior to payment. We were kept updated with dispatch and delivery. Excellent communication from courier. Very smart product.

My delivery was booked, I stayed home from work and the driver turned up without my mirror.
I didn’t hear directly from William Wood so I messaged them, it took 24 hours for customer service to get back to me and didn’t offer a solution other than “We have arranged for another mirror to be sent to you on the next route to your area” - but with no indication of when this delivery could be or no offering any form of remedial action.
I still don’t know when my new mirror will be delivered…!?
Annoying as I’ve ordered from William Wood before and had the best service & product!

Denis the delivery driver was so helpful and carried the huge mirror in for me, helped put it into place and took all the packaging - an absolute star!!
Mirror is absolutely massive and looks great :)

I ordered a mirror on October 29th, I had to write 4 times to the after-sales service... It's January 13th and I still haven't received my order. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with this service, even though we're talking about a mirror at a fairly substantial price. Will I ever receive it?

Was a bit apprehensive at first. Found them through Google which I find to be hit and miss nowadays in terms of what shops/websites it promotes high on the search. Took the plunge as getting to the age where we value something a bit more interesting than Ikea and wayfair. We were looking for a standing mirror and saw the one we ended up buying. Large (190x80) for 140£ reduced from 300£. Shopping around I realised that was the most mirror I could get for that amount of money and it might be fun having a large statement mirror. Made the purchase and waited trepidatiously. Lo and behold got email confirmations and a lovely text from Kevin (our delivery driver) who made me feel secure that this mirror was going to be delivered promptly, safely and securely. Lovely chap, kind but still professional which is what you want from a guy delivering your giant mirror. Unwrapped the thing and it was exactly as described. I will say it was clean, almost spotless as I took it out. It is a great mirror - it has almost been a week. Very happy with the experience and next time we want to purchase a mirror we will be looking to William Wood first.
