I bought my third mirror from this store. They’ve got an outstanding selection and service is superb. Mirrors are beautiful and look much more expensive than what they are, plus they have very good discounts throughout the year.

The mirror was perfect and everything I wanted. Looks fantastic in our bedroom. There was a delay in receiving the product, but customer service was fast to respond and update, even applying a discount as a result of the delay. A very happy customer!
Such a great experience shopping for my statement mirror … I must say that William Wood have beautiful pieces to choose from .. I also liked that they planted a tree after my purchase ( the eco friendly approach is always a plus )

Delivery did not happen the driver did not follow instructions to press the buzzer at the gate . Then claimed the delivery couldn’t be made . I was at home all day with my phone at my side ready for the driver to let him in .

Pay and delay 2 months for delivery
Quality of goods when/If you receive them is good.
BUT really poor customer service and support.
Ordered and Paid for 1 lamp and two mirrors early November. Received one lamp eventually (as first was broken), before Christmas.
First mirror arrived two months after being paid for, this wasn't indicated at time of ordering.
Second mirror never arrived as after two months delay was informed the last mirror of this type was noticed to damaged when being loaded for delivery !!!!!.

Ordered the end of November as still waiting for delivery. When I ordered was expecting 3 to 7 working days. Two months later still waiting. Not sure how you expect me to review something that I haven’t received. Now having a battle with customer services to resolve but dealing with someone different each time.
