Lovely mirror! Customer services very responsive when I had queries. Delivery was great - driver kept me up to date regularly about expected delivery time which was fab given I had to get someone to pop round to let him in.

The mirror was on pre order so I was expecting a long wait, however it arrived within the expected time. The mirror itself looks so much more beautiful in real life. Definitely a statement piece and I have already gotten compliments on it. The courier was very helpful and kept us updated on the day of delivery.

I had to wait a while for my mirrors to arrive (pre ordered) and wasn’t informed correctly on the week my first mirror was arriving (Brooklyn) I did complain and William Wood dealt with it promptly and apologised for not keeping me more up to date. The mirrors are gorgeous and I would highly recommend their service 👍🏻

Further to our phone call today (Saturday 29th) we are running slightly late due to the weather around the UK on previous routes. The issue was made worst by the strong winds the week before, delaying the arrival of your item.
We loaded this morning (Saturday 29th) still within w/c 24th and intend to deliver to you this weekend if possible.
I will liaise with the driver and see if we can get to you Sunday , if not it will be the start of the week.
Apologies as this will make your mirror slightly late by a couple of days.
Once you receive the mirror you have up to 30 days to return for free if you are not happy with it in anyway.
Regarding your second order, currently we are on time to ship this to you w/c 9th March but will update you if the weather becomes an issue again.
