I accidently placed a second order of $47.52. I then purchased the correct one. I was refused a full refund of $47.52. When I disputed it with my bank, I got a rude response from a zap hosting customer service rep, reprimanding me for opening a PayPal dispute. So I paid the invoice and my orders are stuck in open.
