Hi. Had our broadband installed today by Georgia. A brilliant and very knowledgeable person.A very quiet and painless installation. Nothing was a problem, very tidy and thoughtful in our house . We would highly recommend the service that has been provided, from the admin staff, to a gentleman knocking on our door to tell me Georgia was working in the area and would be with us soon. Great customer service, long may this continue , as we are a new customer. Also speed as advertised, unlike previous provided....(EE)😡. Keep up the good work �
Excellent install process - engineers put in the wires exactly where we wanted, and were very helpful. We were getting lots of dropouts after installation, which were fixed by them changing us to a different channel. The router failed after 3 months, leaving us without internet for 3 days. So 4 stars for the problems. HOWEVER: 5 stars for quick and friendly customer service.
When it works it is very good. It does still drop out fairly frequently despite a 'Zzoommer' dealing with it remotely. Annoying when in the middle of either a movie or conference call. I suspect that this will never resolve and I will just have to accept it. Wouldn't recommend the referral program as Zzoomm have put it to a 3rd party who are worse than useless. Still no reward from last September. Only £60 but it's still nearly 2 month's rental.

After two years with zoom ( stayed this long as I’m in contract) numerous phone calls engineer visits mor phone calls it’s still dropping out. I’m sick of calling wasting my time. Can’t wait till march the 3rd so I can leave and get something reliable.
