Here are a few common items you should know:

Q. Do I have to purchase the app again for next season?
A. Yes, the 2021-2022 app will timeout on November 1st, 2022 and require another purchase. Please look to the app store for the 2022-2023 season app in October of 2022, which will time out on November 1st, 2023. Also remember a portion of your purchase goes to NYSSA to promote snowmobiling and other snowmobile club projects in NYS.

Q. I'm having problems loading the application
A. First make sure you have a strong internet connection, preferably wifi when installing. Also MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW ALL PERMISSIONS WHEN INSTALLING as the app needs to access your local file system to install offline maps. If you mistakenly disallow permissions, or are having any trouble with the app, uninstall the app completely and reinstall. Once you purchase an application, you do not have to purchase again when re-installing as it will be in your Apple/Google Play purchases. If you are still having problems email us and we will assist.

Q. What is the difference between online and offline maps?
A. Online maps require internet connection, but have live, up-to-date information available. Offline maps are best for when you are going on a trip as they download to your device and you don't have to worry about loosing service.

Q. Is there a trial version available?
A. No, we do not supply trial versions.

Q. Will running the location tracking drain battery fast?
A. Yes. If using the location tracking for extended periods, it is best to plug into a power source.

Q. Can I get a refund for my purchase?
A. Developers do not have access to the App Store purchase records, so to apply for a refund, please contact Apple Support using one of the following methods:
