People deal with people and I'll return to Tony again.

Great service from Izzy - Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. This follows not the best experience from the mainstream telephone order staff - I previously made a purchase, asked for a VAT receipt, was passed to Customer Services who told me I couldn't access one from them so needed to cancel and re-order. No info who to speak to or advice how to contact the business team. I was about to go elsewhere,. Luckily I spoke to Izabella - What an angel and super ambassador for your Service and organisation. She has saved your reputation. Talked me through the process, added me to the business account and made it known that she is my dedicated account Manager. Will definitely get repeat orders!

Great service, suggestions, and saved me money!
Was unsure what new Apple PC to buy after my old one died. Ash in the business team showed me the mini Mac PC and advised on a screen to go with it. Worked out much cheaper than I imagined! Ash was very helpful and I can't wait to get my new Apple PC and screen. Thank you Ash and Curry's Peterborough!

Waste too much time on placing an order!
It should be simple to order a laptop, and I purchased all the software subscriptions a month ago.
I understand you all tried to sell up. There are way too many emails and phone calls about delivery or set-up. The business should be able to avoid wasting more time.

Great service from Izzy - Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Invoices sent to an incorrect email address a number of times
I set up a Business account and purchased different items. The business must have previously had an account with Curry's. Although quotes were sent to my email address, invoices were sent to a previous manager. I complained on the first occasion but sending to wrong email address happened a further three times. This is a breach of GDPR.

Excellent customer service!
I had a problem where the wrong item was shipped to my address. I called and spoke to Lorna who could not have been more helpful. She arranged a pick-up for the items that had been delivered incorrectly at a time that suited me and the correct items arrived soon after.

Ordered a monitor online for my business that needed returned and contacted Currys' business customer services for advice. Lorna got in touch and helped arrange a time for pick-up to suit, kept me in the loop throughout (including refund process) - all at no extra cost. Very efficient and top service.
