Mark recently reached out to our office using our website form. I understand that some people may perceive this as an unwanted approach. We were initially skeptical due to a previous experience with another company that had higher ratings on this platform but they failed to fulfill their promises. Despite our reservations, we decided to give this company a chance and we are glad that we did.
After responding to Mark, I received an immediate and down-to-earth reply from him. Within just 24 hours, I noticed that one of the negative reviews had already been taken down. Based on my experience, if your business is struggling with fake or baseless reviews, I highly recommend considering Mark's services.

This company's idea of business is randomly spamming website's contact forms selling their service. Not using LinkedIn or investing in marketing channels intended for lead generation like a legitimate business. Unprofessional, annoying. They are selling their service in how to get your negative reviews removed from Google. Ironic considering that tactic will only result in negative reviews from people trying to run a business and annoyed that their analytics are getting skewed by spammers like EraseMyTrax.
What a joke response from this company. You clal this plugging your company? You're too cheap to invest in ads. It's called marketing. Lead generation forms are for clients looking to hire us for our services, not for cheap businesses trying to sell their product. You suck.

Amen, thank you for the plug Eliza. Yes we do get rid of negative reviews that violate Googles terms of service and we can help a lot of businesses.
You have a contact form on your website so we contacted you. Sorry you feel that is spam and we have to pay a ton a money on ads when we don't need to. You have a contact form, so we contacted you.
When people stop answering and wanting our help we will stop submitting forms. Also when you put, vendors don't use this to contact us, no one will contact you.

Lol he deleted his reply. Quite the quandary. if he has this removed he's dishonest, if he leaves it it shows him as powerless.

Yes we did. I also apologized about the data mix-up as soon as you sent us an email back which caused us to email you in the first place. We do not have a questionable service as we get Google to delete hundreds of negative reviews every week that violates their TOS that Google clearly allows any business owner to do in their Google Business listing.
Again, Matt. Sorry to have bothered you and mixing up the data. Not much else I can say. So if you want to keep giving us 1-star reviews everywhere for an honest mistake then go right ahead so you feel better about yourself.

A certain person/company created fake web pages of my business online and it’s been very hard to have them taken down. Using EMT I’ve been able to suppress those pages and ensure that my credible, real web pages are the ones that show up for searches.
