Hadi helped remote to install office 24 where i stuffed up. nothing was to much trouble. i would recomend software mart.

I purchased Genuine MS Office 2016…
I purchased Genuine MS Office 2016 Professional Plus (For Windows PC only) from Software Mart on the weekend and ran into trouble activating it. I rang Software Mart for tech support and at first got no answer, I didn't leave a message and to my surprise I got a call back. The activation problem was very quickly resolved. I'm very happy with the product I purchased and extremely impressed with the tech support, Thank YOu.

Resolved problems activating product
I had problems activating Microsoft Office and had to contact Software Mart. Making contact via Chat took a while, but succeeded eventually. Some perseverance is needed. I received advice that the wrong version had been downloaded and had to uninstall and re-install the correct version. I received a helpful tutorial and advice via email and was able to activate the product thanks to Hardi. :)

I purchased Office professional Plus…
I purchased Office professional Plus 2013 for an old computer and was assisted by Hadi. Whilst ultimately we could not get the program to install and activate Hadi was extremely patient and tried for a long time to fix the problem and in the end he gladly refunded the purchase price. His customer service was excellent and I appreciated all his hard work.

Although I did not get the email straight away containing the keys and instructions, when I did everything went smoothly. The most important point in the instructions was to uninstall any previous versions of office. My laptops had Office 365 preinstalled. Once I got rid of them all went smoothly. Best install I have ever had.

Thanks for your comment and sorry to hear that. however, we had sent several emails on how to setup the outlook 2021 to your email which also available at the archive section of our tutorial site (howtosetup.net). you can also search in google how to setup outlook. please be advised that MS outlook is merely an application which facilitate to read / write your email. however, you must supply your own credentials such as username and password, POP3/IMAP and SMTP information from your email provider.
