Goya painting restored under collaboration agreement between Banco de España and Museo del Prado
The portrait of José de Toro-Zambrano y Ureta was the first of six commissioned by the bank from the artist between 1784 and 1788. The intervention has confirmed that a later artist added the medal on Toro-Zambrano's chest. All traces of which have now been removed.

Decolonising clock time
A number of works by artists Antonio Pichillá, Ángel Poyón Cali and Manuel Chavajay, included in the exhibition 'The Tyranny of Chronos', show that there are other ways of perceiving and relating to time in non-Western cultural contexts. These alternative approaches seek to connect or reconnect with nature, rather than obsessing with limiting it to the confines of the clock face.
