The problem is that Google Fit no longer shows AARP Now as a possible Third-party app to connect to. Since it is not in the list there's no way to make AARP Now & Google Fit connect to each other, thus the error everyone is getting. AARP needs to find out how this happened and get the AARP Now app added back to the accepted list of Google Fit apps to connect to.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble syncing your AARP Now app to Google Fit. We would not be able to troubleshoot issues you may be having with their app. If you are having trouble giving permissions to the AARP Now app, please reach out to Google's support team for further assistance. Hi,
I don't think you understood my post. Please escalate to AARP IT that the AARP Now app (at least on Android) is no longer in the Third-party list of apps that Google Fit allows connection from. AARP has to fix this, not Google. Here's the allowed list of apps, the AARP Now app is Not on the list: https://play.google.com/store/apps/collection/promotion_3000e6f_googlefit_all

No it is not working on Android. After I read your message saying "everything is fine, the should not be an is issue"...
I reinstalled Fit and AARP Now with the same result. Google had blocked etc.
Pixel 6a, Android 14. Fit syncing not working since August 6, 2024
PLEASE GET IT FIXED
