We received a quote for car insurance from Hartford Insurance with the hopes of getting the promised lower rates. We started the process of signing up when it looked like it was a much better deal. Unbeknownst to us they started charging us for the insurance, without us signing the documentation. I tried to reply to email because it was not easy cancel button anywhere and received no reply.
To summarize - the insurance is way underinsured. The real costs were more than our standard state farm policy. In the end I gave them $40 for nothing once I realized my mistake
