AARP Eye Center
Wow, I don't like to complain but the latest upgrade has to be the worst yet. Now I can't earn points because it says I have maxed out when I haven't done anything to earn points all day, and the rewards say I have already played the games when I haven't. Late in the day it seems to work sometimes. Not sure what the improvement was but it definitely affected the rewards area. Sorry to complain because the system you have for rewards is good and I play and earn every day.
I couldn't redeem ulta gift cards. That appears to be fixed, however I had to retake a quiz I had already completed and was checked off. Now the past 2 days codeword isn't giving me my points. I do find it unreal that this is occurring with something as big as AARP. I've decided to stop being frustrated and just laugh and shake my head.
It's very charitable of you to refer to it as an "upgrade" and an "improvement" (or perhaps you're being sarcastic?). AARP has the most flagrantly incompetent tech department I have ever encountered. Makes you wonder where their $1.75 BILLION annual budget is going. I'm guessing to bloated exec salaries, because certainly NOT to the things that matter to the members.
Yesterday I got mail from them asking for a donation to aid their "advocacy work." I agree about their tech department, a lot of times I click on something and it says Bad gateway, even their emails, when I click on an article it goes to a page that says Bad gateway, so no, I won't be donating to their "advocacy work."
they keep saying they know of the problem and try again later. I have only gotten a short maybe 4 hour window each day from 4 or 5 pm to 9 pm Pacific then that you've maxed out sign comes up and instead of being able to start again t midnight I have to wait until 4 or 5 PM day after day.
