Here in Las Vegas we only have about 4-5 months safe outdoor activity/exercise opportunities. One of the best resources we (that includes others here in Vegas) have found are AARP exercise videos.
There are some really knowledgeable trainers who contribute to AARP. Most of us agree, check out the different host trainers (e.g... I work with Bryant Johnson, Lorraine Ladish videos) and find the ones you feel working with is good for you.
AARP offers so many well-known trainers, a great benefit!
