Unable to process your redemption request - 2 + months frustrated!!

HOW can I renew when I keep this getting the above message, tried different redemption options, browsers, and you want me to renew in 3 days when this problem has been affecting thousands of people, how can I trust your other services will work?

 

P.S its funny to earn points, no issue. To redeem; issues.

I cannot earn or redeem.  My account was deactivated.  No specific reason just that I did not "follow the rules".  I might get a caring ear now and then but it revolves back to the same answer.  And yet NO ONE can say You did this or You didn't do this, just that I did not follow the rules.

Same here. I have a ticket opened already, but really, it shouldn't take this long. My ticket is approaching a month old. I'm losing a lot of faith in this program. There's constantly technical issues.

And this upcoming planned maintenance will likely employ yet another bot to seek and destroy, find fault where fault does not lie, lie to us saying we are not following the rules but fail to say which rule they think we are using to cheat or fraud when the only way to get the points is through this channel so what exactly are we doing wrong?

Don't give up hope, I just got my account corrected a few days ago.  It took a month and several requests for help, but it did get corrected.  Hope everyone gets this corrected soon.

My account was deactivated even with several escalations and supposed help from their teams.  No one will tell me what they think I did to cheat or fraud yet my account is deactivated.  So is my upcoming membership.

you must be the poster child.  seems others get the ghosting after telling us it is our problem, didn't follow rules, won't elaborate....
