It's 12/17 and I still can't redeem my points, getting that same "unable to process your request" message that you were.AARP help told me to check my inbox for a link from them, guess what also isn't loading? The AARP inbox! Any other ideas?

Private messages are turned on, but I the inbox just loads, flashing bars where I presume the message(s) are but nothing ever loads. There are no error messages on the inbox page. It just loads but nothing ever changes.Regarding the original issue on...

It's 12-11 and I'm still getting error messages when I try to redeem points. The "under maintenance" signs are gone from the site, but I still can't enter any sweeps or instant wins. I did try clearing cookies, as the help section recommends. That di...
