COME ON AARP LOOK AT THIS THREAD! FOR ALL THESE PEOPLE COMPLAINING THERE ARE THOUSANDS MORE WHO ARE NOT GET IT TOGETHER, MY WHOLE FAMILY IS BLOCKED/BANNED FORM USING REWARDS.

hey they blocked you from redeeming rewards like they did to me and my family.. You have to get this escalated to the security team so they can unlock your account. Also be warned he isn't a nice guy, you get accused of cheating, they unlock your ac...
