Unit S Notice of Election and Sample Ballot | A MESSAGE TO STATE OF MARYLAND UNIT S EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE FOR COLLECTIVE BARGAINING:
ATTENTION STATE EMPLOYEES WHO WILL BE RECEIVING VOTING PACKAGES FOR THE UNIT S (SUPERVISORS) REPRESENTATION ELECTION:
THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RELATIONS BOARD WILL ACCEPT RETURNED BALLOTS POSTMARKED BY FEBRUARY 19, 2025. TALLYING OF VOTES WILL STILL OCCUR ON FEBRUARY 26, 2025, PER THE NOTICE OF ELECTION POSTED HERE AND INCLUDED IN THE VOTING PACKETS.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that a Collective Bargaining Election will be held for Unit S Employees of the State, based on a petition being properly filed and verified under the Maryland Collective Bargaining Laws applicable to the State of Maryland, at MD Annotated Code, State Government Article, §22-402.
