This game is so very adorable - and Mychael gives me possibly the strongest case of cuteness aggression I think I've ever had, ngl, lmao. I just wanna squeeze him - he's so cute it hurts (and of course, I also love the moments where he doesn't want the MC to leave, hehe...). The art and design of this game is stunning, and I just love the writing and overall story (and I love Mychael!! obviously...)!

Very very excited for future updates!! I wanna snuggle that mushroom man if at all possible, or at least give him another hug!! TwT

aw man i was so excited that we could choose the name and gender of the cat since i have one myself !! so i chose his name but now i regret it cuz i imagined that this would actually happen to him :(( such a great game tho !! cant wait for more <33

Loved it! The dark moments and weird Renpy stuff was really well done, good sound design at those moments too. And I love Mychael, especially when he acts unhinged. His design is so cool, I wanna crochet him...

Oh, and I REALLY hope the full game features a happy (in a yandere kind of way) ending. ^_^

...I will concede that my view on what a happy ending is may not always mesh with the norm, so for all I know there's a 'bad ending' somewhere that's super-happy in my view.

Guess I have to wait for the full game to find out.

Cottage-core, woods and mushrooms are not my favorite things, but somehow this game makes it work. The guy is cute tho, if a bit of a dork.

The MC is an idiot who doesn't understand the concept of promising to come back later, but that's pair for the course with most games.

I have absolutely NO clue how this game popped up in the same cathegory as dark romances --it's adorable!

He's really nice too. I don't think he'd ever hurt you on purpose.

I wanted to smack the MC over the head repeatedly, but that's pair for the course with most Visual Novels. I don't blame the creator for making the MC more normal than I am.

SO many problems could be avoided if the MC had just bothered to tell him she'd love to come back and visit later after she got home. But I suppose that would take some of the fun out of his magic dust moments if she did. lol

(I'm also a little sad you couldn't call Mychael 'cute', because that's what he is. He looks like a cute goat boy. Made of mushrooms. lol)

And while the MC's possible reactions are very logical, I'm a tiny bit sad I couldn't react more naturally when seeing how he looked the first time.
(For me that would be to try and figure out what he was --probably ending up guessing on some kind of Fae after dismissing other options. I read too much. Curiosity trumps fear I guess... lol)

And why is there no choice to say you don't have anyone you consider family? I mean... not everyone likes their family. And not everyone have friend (or friends close enough to be considered family.)

I am also a bit annoyed that the MC is so overly obsessed with helping a certain rabbit, but you CAN have her choose to accept reason and the way of nature, so it's not a real problem.

(Granted, I prefer humans to die over animals, but Mychal is right. Nature is not a kind and soft place. Anyone who's ever watched a nature show knows that.)

But these are minor concerns, and I am notorious for nitpicking, so it's pretty safe to say that when those things are the worst problems I find with a game, it's a pretty good game.

The download was only a demo, so I really look forward to see the full game.

Will this game be available on Steam?

I never buy games anywhere else, so PLEASE tell me it's going to be on Steam where I can buy it! *Puppydog eyes*

I really loved this game. Mychael with a y is such a great character and well crafted. it's hard to hate him besides the fact he uses mind manipulation powers on the player but in the end of the day he's just a lonely dude with his first friend he doesn't want to let go of. I can't wait it see what more this game has to offer

This is like if DDLC had a cottagecore aesthetic and so far I’m connecting more with the plot tbh, even as a big DDLC fan. It’s tense and really kept me hooked. I absolutely cannot wait for the rest of the days. Seriously! please! my feeling when it ended was something like Mychael’s when protag asked to go home. Great art, engaging story (even if I do want to shake protag on a regular basis) and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t jump a couple times. Really good work!! :-)

I never comment on games, novels, etc. on this page but the truth is that this is simply audiovisual art, the story is immersive and it is so interesting that the more you read the more immersed you become in the story, it is already interesting that it keeps you trapped🌸

Was reluctant to play the game until i saw you were also the dev of Astronought? Downloaded immediately and this game was somehow even better >_<!! I adore Mychael (not with an i) and his whole character, like the mc has mentioned, its so intriguing how he wears his heart on his shoulder yet still manages to keep it locked up, i am left with so many questions about Mychael and genuinely need to know more. NOT TO MENTION HIS DESIGN?? instantly fell in love. Please we need to teach him about the internet and show him the world and find out what he has in common with jelly fishes and why he hates those (not) mushrooms so much..though i already have an inkling about why that might be..Looking forward to more updates!!!! :3
