Supplier Code of Conduct

Trustpilot Group plc and its group companies (together referred to as "Trustpilot", "we", "our", or “us”) is committed to conducting our business with integrity and fairness, with respect for the law, and in accordance with our values:

To achieve our goals and uphold our business values, it’s essential that we operate responsibly, sustainably, and inclusively. These core principles are reflected in this Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”), which establishes the minimum standards and behaviors that must be met by any entity that supplies products or services to Trustpilot (“you” or “your”). What we expect of you, along with our commitment to being an ethical and responsible business, is set out in this Code.

Trustpilot may amend, vary, or choose not to apply this Code from time to time, at its discretion. The standards in this Code are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any contractual commitments between you and us.

What you need to do:

• By providing products or services to Trustpilot, you confirm that you will comply with the standards in this Code, as it may be updated or amended from time to time.

• Communicate the standards of this Code to your employees, subcontractors, and any other individuals or organizations who you engage in order to conduct your business, and ensure that they comply with those standards. 

• If: (i) any circumstances arise that prevent you from adhering to this Code; (ii) you notice any actions or decisions that go against the standards outlined in this Code; or (iii) you have any questions about this Code, please let us know promptly by contacting procurement@trustpilot.com.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Our suppliers must operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations from time to time in force, including laws and regulations relating to issues addressed in this Code.

Health and Safety

We expect our suppliers to maintain a safe work environment that meets all applicable laws and regulations, prioritising the health and well-being of their employees, sub-contractors, and any other individuals who they engage.

Anti-bribery and Corruption

Our approach to anti-bribery and corruption is strict: we do not tolerate it in any form, whether within our business or our supply chain.

While modest gifts, hospitality, or entertainment may be exchanged occasionally with business partners to build professional relationships, this must never be done to gain an unethical advantage.

Certain situations require extra caution. You should not offer or accept gifts, hospitality, or entertainment if the timing or nature of the gesture could be perceived as bribery. Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking 

Trustpilot is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chain. We expect our suppliers to share this commitment by upholding ethical practices that protect the rights and welfare of all individuals. Suppliers must ensure fair treatment and safe working conditions, and should immediately report any concerns regarding forced labor, exploitation, or human trafficking within their operations or supply chain. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Trustpilot is dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment across our business. We expect our suppliers to support these values by promoting fair and respectful treatment, creating inclusive workplaces, and ensuring equal opportunities for all individuals. Suppliers should work to eliminate any form of discrimination and advance diversity within their teams. Code of Ethics

Trustpilot upholds the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all our business activities. We expect our suppliers to align with these principles by acting honestly, transparently, and responsibly in their dealings. Suppliers should comply with our Code of Ethics, prioritizing ethical decision-making, and maintaining integrity and accountability within their operations. Suppliers should also familiarize themselves with our whistleblowing procedures and promptly report any concerns regarding non-compliance with these standards by using this form.

Environment

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact through sustainable business practices and collaboration with our suppliers. We expect our suppliers to uphold responsible practices that promote positive environmental impacts, in line with relevant laws and internationally recognized standards. Suppliers should work to minimize their environmental footprint, actively preventing and reducing environmental harm. We encourage suppliers to improve their environmental and climate performance through policies, objectives, and targets focused on resource efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainable waste management.
