Great after sales service.
As a retired heating engineer i always recommended briston product's for reliability. Recently my daughter had problems with temperature control on a shower i installed about 18 months ago which i bought on ebay .3 days after contacting briston customer service department a replacement temperature cartridge arived in post to me .duly fitted problem solved .now thats what i call excellent customer service. No quible on proving purchase .great to buy there products

I’ve always rated Bristan products as a contractor in the industry and have them in my own home (two showers and bath/ensuite/kitchen taps). Quality for the price is as good as any but it’s the service that retains my custom. Only had to use it twice but no quibble, both minor issues dealt with swiftly and professionally. Long may it continue!

I bought a Bristan tap 4 years ago. It started letting water by. Bristan happily sent me out new valves under warranty, and it was a doddle to replace those and have the tap working again.

My Bristan Monza easyfit kitchen mixer was installed in 2023. It started dripping after 4 months. I couldn’t get the cartridges out so left it. The dripping stopped of its own accord. The same has happened since every so often. It is now dripping at the rate of 1 litre an hour. I don’t think it is worth me buying a new easy fit. What should have been useful is going to cost me a lot of money now, and I am on a limited fixed income as a pensioner.

I rang the manufacturers of our old shower. Bristan are so incredibly helpful. With the model name and a photo of the existing shower, the lady I spoke to was able to swiftly sort out a replacement choice from three same profile, pumped showers and I made my selection. Crucially, this meant we did NOT have to renew the tiling. I am very grateful for Bristan's assistance.

Wow! Don't even remember ordering receiving or paying for Bristan items within the last 5 years? But hats off for asking me to review. I do recall my bathroom taps around 12 years ago, think they were called 'prism' and the cartridge valve leaked on one and went really stiff on a mono block within 2 years which is akin to buying cheaper DIY chain items in my opinion. Look nice after these years, wearing very well to be fair.

I brought one of their taps 2 years ago and kept it in it's box meaning install it 'soon'. Eventually I did fit the tap but there was a minor fault. When I phoned I was greeted with a positive response and a replacement part arrived, free of charge, 3 days later. Thank you Bristan.

I have still not resolved multiple ‘symptoms’ in my plumbing system, the first sign was a problem with ‘noisy’ ( juddering/spitting) water flow in the Bristan taps. Since then the boiler has been replaced, and a kitchen leak repaired.The taps have become a minor issue , but your immediate ‘no quibble’ assistance means when the other issues are resolved I already have the remedy for the bathroom taps. Thanks so much.

Excellent customer service with real people who genuinely wanted to help, very knowledgeable and sent us some spare parts as a good will gesture.
Absolutely amazing in this day and age of AI and no phone numbers and lack of personal service. A kind helpful, patient, polite customer service lady was very helpful in helping me investigate my options to improve the function of the discontinued 1996? Omega bath shower deck mixer in the house I moved to last year.

I didn’t know the model number, but whoever I spoke to was very helpful in getting me to measure various dimensions of the valve I required and successfully sent me the correct part. I thought it would be next to impossible to get the correct parts without knowing the correct model number.

Fast response to telephone call. Clear articulation and enunciation from the female adviser. Excellent product knowledge. A replacement part, under warranty, arrived at my home by Royal Mail two working days later.
By far the best helpline service I’ve ever had. Not by a bit - by a country mile. Brilliant.

We had a problem with our shower while still under warranty. Bristan replaced the whole unit without quibble and very quickly. Can’t fault customer service and warranty when it’s dealt with like this.

Yes just had the Best service and Fantastic help sorting my taps which were leaking badly. Having sending you all the details and paperwork and a Video showing the problem. Yes everything was sorted out straight away and received the new taps which were Great and everything like brand new working taps.

It is woderful these days to be able to give 5 stars to a business. And especially wonderful to give it for customer service. As a business consultant I see many businesses fail miserably in this area, few prioritise customer service as a core area, most businesses see it simply a cost to minimise, with nothing to gain.
