Appalling when you need them.
They are very helpful when you first sign up and the platform seems customer focused; however when something goes wrong the true image comes to surface.
I had a chargeback on a card with three transactions. I sent them receipts replying to every one of the three seperate emails sent to me individually.
Magically this was not received. Upon me following this up i was advised to create a new email address. I sent emails to other suppliers and even test emails to my self to other accounts hosted on multiple different hosting providers and they were functioning perfectly fine.
They simply said as you did not reply within 7 days the case is closed. Disgusting to be honest.
