Appalling when you need them.

They are very helpful when you first sign up and the platform seems customer focused; however when something goes wrong the true image comes to surface.

I had a chargeback on a card with three transactions. I sent them receipts replying to every one of the three seperate emails sent to me individually.

Magically this was not received. Upon me following this up i was advised to create a new email address. I sent emails to other suppliers and even test emails to my self to other accounts hosted on multiple different hosting providers and they were functioning perfectly fine.

They simply said as you did not reply within 7 days the case is closed. Disgusting to be honest.

Easy to use and does not cut off any…

Easy to use and does not cut off any transactions if WiFi cuts off so you don’t miss any payments if customers can not wait.
Nice looking design device too.

So far excellent

So far excellent. Support has been absolutely brilliant and just need to see that savings against previous will match projections. I'm sure they will but I'll update this review should things change.

Great product with great team

The sales team and customer support team are great and resolved all the problems in couple of minutes. Quite helpful.
The money is in bank account next day morning for last day collection which is great.

New DOJO card reader satisfaction.

Just recently received my new DOJO Move card reader and it works great and it’s a vast improvement on my previous Ingenico Move card reader that was very unreliable.
The DOJO App is also very useful for keeping track of payments and for its technical help.

Super easy to use...with great features!

Very good support and communication from Rebecca.

Since using Dojo it has simplified our cashing up process and has eliminated the human error factor out of it as Dojo integrates with our Epos system. So, no more late nights, trying to find out were the error was!.

Another collateral benefit is the amount of paperwork and card slips we don't need any more as we can see everything online or on the phone if you download the app.

Dojo is super easy and user friendly with some great features.

I cannot recommend it high enough!

Switched to Dojo for a better service

We switched to Dojo because we were having connectivity and payment receipt issues with our former card payment supplier. With using Dojo the transactions are faster and payment receipts are made the next day. We would recommend Dojo to anyone considering switching card payment supplier.

Constant barrage of cold calls

Constant barrage of cold calls trying to offer me dojo services or affiliated partner services. Despite me making it very clear I do not want to be called again I continue to receive several weekly calls from different Dojo departments. This has been going on for months. Connor is amazing!!

Very good experience with DOJO so far, I see their card machines everywhere so they must be doing something right.

Sign up process was too easy and card machine delivered following day. Great rates and customer support is fab, would highly recommend.

Connor is a star too 10/10 from him.

Rapid processing of everything!

I contacted our account manager Justin on Monday about sorting out an additional terminal and enquired about the payment advances available through Youlend. From my enquiry being made I had conformation of actions being completed within a couple of hours. Fundings received the next day from Youlend. The additional terminal was received two days later would have been next day if I had asked a couple of hours earlier.
Every enquiry I have gone to Justin with has been sorted quickly and professionally. Why why why did I take so long to leave Worldpay?
Dojo have been helpful, reliable and good to their word.
I can't get over how quick the funds come into your account, you can see them coming in 7 days a week. When I was with Worldpay I had next day credits but they would only come in week days and after 2.35pm now I'm seeing them in the morning, every single day! So much better!
