Measures applicable to infringements

Measures applicable to infringements of articles 3-5 of the Regulation:
Impose an administrative fine, depending on the nature, severity and duration of the infringement, worth up to five per cent (5%) the offender's turnover during the year immediately prior to the infringement or fine of up to one hundred and fifty thousand euro (€150,000).
