Why can't I access my Apple Music Student Discount?

Hello.

I have successfully used Apple Music with students discount for an year now.

Reacently I recieved email from Apple with request for reverifying my student status via UNiDAYS. I have successfully done that but I can't use this discount now. There is no option to choice from in my subscriptions tab in my profile page.

Other thing that I found is that when i click "Get Now" on students discount advertise in UNiDAYS site it redicts me in page that is saying that page is not found.

I have already contact UNiDAYS support. Thay told me that i have to contact with Apple Support because "this is a technical issue their end" they also give me a unique student reference code.

I don't know what to do now ?

If you haven't contacted Apple Support (eg: online chat / phone / email etc.) as Unidays Support suggests:

You may want to first take a look at the Music - Official Apple Support website, and, if needed there is a "Get Support-Start now" link at the bottom.

Another way to a possible solution: you could try "Billing and Subscriptions Support" from their website:

It is people like yourself, who use the subscription, who can provide valuable user-feedback on such issues.

Thank you for the response !

I've already look at Music - Music - Official Apple Support and Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support but I can't find anything useful there.

It will be best if I could contact Apple Support via online chat or email but only way that I found is by phone.

I have just provide feedback at Feedback - Apple Music - Apple. I hope that they will give me some response.

They will likely not reply to feedback, I could be wrong.

There is some info. on how to: "Re-verify your student status" (using computer or device) when you scroll down in Apple support's article:

There's a few "Get help" links in there,

and also info. for: "If you need help with UNiDAYS"

Yes, I can change my subscription but i have only 2 choices - Individual and Family. There is not Student like before.

I was thinking about start-over the process of using student discount but when I open UNiDAYS website I see that there is active discount for Apple Music -

but when i press "Get now" button I have been redicted to this page -

and for that reason I assume that there is a problem with UNiDAYS and I wrote them a mail but they tell me that I have to contact with Apple.

Yes, I've already reverifying my student status.

Actualy I've done this when Apple sends me a notification mail for this. Now I can see in my UNiDAYS profile that my student status is valid until November 2025.

Maybe just Apple didn't offer this discount for Bulgaria any more ...

Yes, seems only Apple can check your account, and details, and help straighten things out. (No-one in the community here has access to your account.)

Re: "page not found" : Apple only allow their free trial / membership offer to those who have never subscribed before. Best to seek Apple's help with the renewal.
