Unable to receive notifications in iPhone

After checking all setting and internet connection, turn off phone…..! Still no notification!

Help for Notification Alerts --> No Notification Alerts - Apple Community
To turn ON notifications selectively for apps, go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll Down to the App and turn ON notifications... Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
Some apps have their own notification settings over and above the iOS notification settings: An example of Instagram Notification settings is given below

Thank you for replying! I did all these steps but still no notification alerts! In some apps like WhatsApp when someone sends a message it's like there is no internet connection, it's with one tick ✔️ and when I check I can see the message! I even cleared the cache so it's not the memory is full! I downloaded these apps on my iPad also, and even there I don't get any notification alerts! The only way is to reset the factory I think, I don't want to do it!
