Both iPads we bought for our daughters are frozen after the setup screen. It prompts us to sign in to our account to create a kid's Apple ID, and once we type in our info, it pops up "verification failed." We have tried updating the iPads, changing our passwords, literally everything. Is anyone else having trouble with this?
Yup. Same issue, factory reset the iPad twice because it was frozen on setting up. I can't even log into iCloud.com, just spinning.
Similar situation here, ours just continually prompt for the child password with no error. Reset the password, reset the iPad, no change.
