I made an Apple Pay actuall payments to a company for a washer and dryer and it turns out that they are fraudulent. I need to dispute those transactions.

You would need to contact your card issuer or bank directly to block the charge. Apple does not intervene in Apple Pay’s secure payment process and has no way of refunding you money paid to a third party.

Apple Pay is not an account. Apple Pay cannot have funds deposited into it and cannot transfer funds. All Apple does is encrypt data about transactions and send and receive them from your banks.
Your options are;
I used Apple Cash
I used another credit or debit card
There are not other choices.
