Recently I applied for a refund on Apple Wallet. Because I bought something by accident, then a day or two later, Apple has approved that refund. So then I got to my Apple Wallet and saw if the money was added back. And the money was not added back. I reported an issue and nothing has happened. What do I do?

This has nothing to do with Apple Wallet. The funds were accessed by your Apple Account, not Apple Pay or Apple Wallet.
Once a refund is approved it’s generally 5 to 7 days before the funds are available in your original account? When, exactly, was your refund approved?
At 5 to 7 days it puts it available as early as tomorrow and probably no later than Tuesday day or Wednesday next week. On the receiving end most banks won’t show deposits made on a weekend for a day or two. I don’t know your bank’s specific policy on deposit availability.
I accidentally paid 1.08$ for a Snapchat steak I lost.so I asked for a refund on 1/3/24 and it got approved on 1/4/25
On Apple Wallet, it says refunded under the purchased subscription so will it still take 5-7 days ?
That is when Apple approved the refund. The funds generally take 5 to 7 days before then appear in your account. It sometimes happens a little sooner and rarely takes a little longer.
