Issues when I try to add my Presto card to Apple Wallet

I purchased my iPhone in South Korea, and I’m currently using an iPhone 12 pro.

I’m now living in Canada and have created a debit card with TD Bank, which I’ve already added to Apple Wallet.

When I try to add my Presto card, I press the ‘Add’ button after entering an amount, but I get a popup saying ‘Add Payment Method Required,’ as shown in the image.

Since I’ve already registered my debit card, why am I seeing this message?
