I have a company that offers help and in there contact profile it message, call and pay . I want to remove the pay icon in it . Is it possible to? Not want to completely block them only remove there option .

It’s not possible. The Pay icon refers to paying someone using Apple Cash prepaid debit card. Businesses generally do not accept Apple Cash.
