Ask to download app feature not working on iPad with parental controls

I am a child with parental controls one of them being ask to download. My dad has gave the thumbs up and put in his passcode to download the app but the app doesn’t download, and we have tried to download the app about a hundred times? We’ve checked and it is in my age range and no app download setting are on except ask to download. The app is “Good pizza Great pizza. How do I download it?
