Brand new 16pro with a manufacturing defect

Hey apple ,

I bought a brand new iphone 16 pro. After I unboxed the iphone in the top leftside of the phone i noticed a paint issue and a damaged area over there in that part. I bought the new iPhone and experienced a bad situation . My question is if there is any manufacturing defect on a brand new iphone who is responsible for that and will the iphone is replaced with a brand new box iphone . As same as bought . Kindly take my question in a concern and replay as soon as possible.
