Unable to add a booking from Agoda to wallet, from email confirmation as well as from website or app

What makes you think that you should be able to do so?

Is there an “Add to Apple Wallet” icon?

As such there is no add to wallet icon. As for “what makes you think you should be able to do so” is that it is easier to access the bookings and use it rather than searching in the email or from the app. Since I have multiple bookings across various apps and websites.. I prefer to access from one place.
Sorry, there is no way to help or assist on this issue. Tickets and other secure items use a dynamic code that changes randomly. Third party apps are not able to generate the correct dynamic code at time of redemption. The ticket issuer must add the card.
Sorry, but wallet isn’t an “open-to all” repository where we can add whatever we choose.
Wallet might be thought of as a super-specialized, super-locked-down, super-cached, web browser; which can ONLY display the content provided by certain “participants.”
Those participants are those banks, public transit systems, airlines, event ticketing agencies, and loyalty card programs who provide the “content” displayed specifically pertaining to ONLY YOUR particular account.
It appears that Agoda is not such a participant.
ALTERNATIVE:
Notes can provide a convenient and secure repository for the sorts of items which don’t “fit” in wallet.
It can hold text, photos, pdfs, screenshots, etc. for easier later reference.
Check with Agoda. If they support adding their bookings to Apple Wallet, they should be able to provide instructions. Not all such services do.
