Jeg brugte mit medlemskab kort og ønskede at afmelde. Eftersom der var mange dage tilbage på min årlige plan, valgte jeg tilbuddet om at få en notifikation inden næste betaling. Det har jeg ikke modtaget og er blevet trukket for endnu et år.

First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. It is never our intention to leave a member feeling unheard or unsupported. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected charges and feel your concerns are not being addressed promptly.
Secondly, I had a quick look at our logs and can see that the renewal notification email was sent to you on Nov 14, 2024. Since you didn’t request otherwise, the system automatically billed your stored payment method in order to keep your membership from expiring and thereby blocking your access to the account. To make sure you are always in full control, both during the sign-up process and on your Billing Info page, we mention that you are free to cancel your membership at any time if you don’t want it to be renewed automatically.
As for the refund request, the best way to reach our team and see what can be done is to reply to one of the notification emails you're received or simply email us at hello@interaction-design.org . We’re definitely not interested in disappointing anyone and always try to do our best to find the right solution 😊
