Avoid at all cost!!

The beginning process is pretty simple. But payments will begin immediately, before you have time to really invest the funds and see a return. My new business had an unexpected issue (like most do) and i missed a payment. I was reaching out to Torro via email to resolve the issue but they kept attempting to withdraw funds. I did a stop payment because my bank was charging $35 each failed attempt. Well Torro charged me $2500 for the stopped payment. I borrowed $11k and the final balance was $22k. They hurt way more than helping.

They literally charge fees just to punish you.

I reached out to a third party for help getting my finances in order. Well Torro charged another fee for that. Apparently it’s a breach of contract to have help from a third party. I couldn’t negotiate better payment terms. The best Torro could do was skip 3 days, then lower payments for 5 days. Torro REFUSED to talk to my financial advisor but charged my account $8.77 per day that a daily payment was missed, despite me continuously emailing them that i have every intention to pay my balance + interest in full. I just needed something more affordable.

They even filed judgement on my business. What I should’ve done was just mailed them a certified check of what I could afford because they refused to draft what I asked them too. They would’ve just kept attempting to draft the payments that I couldn’t afford.
I felt like I was dealing with bullies!!

After months of them ignoring my financial advisor and me, they finally accepted repayment terms for monthly payments.

Just get a credit card or wait until you can get better funding options.

Do NOT use this company. This will put your business in debt. These reviews are fake. Anything can happen and at first the daily payments seem manageable but it’s really going to become overwhelming and it’s defeats the point of even getting the loan. This literally has ruined my business and llc. If you miss a payment they will literally stalk you , your family , and people who have made transactions with your business. They will get into anything that has your EIN connected to it. DO NOT DO THIS

As a new business, there was a lot that was new to me—obtaining funding was one of them. Torro was the first and actually the only one that took the time to help me understand the different options there are to me as a new business with no business credit history. Ross was very thorough and walked me through everything I needed and ran through the different scenarios. He was great at communicating and answering any questions we had to ease our minds as we took out what seems like a gigantic loan. We just received approval and now we can get the ball rolling on our business venture.

Our representative Josh could not have been more professional or helpful in this process. We are a smaller busines seeking working capital but scared of the negatives surrounding most loan companies. Torro has helped me three times now with business funding when all other institutions were saying no. But, my best experience was with Richard Madsen, he went above and beyond to get my loan and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Very unorganized and the underwriter was a d bag. I understand my credit limit is low but man, you really gotta learn how to talk to people. I was open to working something out but not with that attitude. Especially not gonna drag other people in that have to work with you.

Thanks for approving me for $5,880. It's more than I asked for. Funds that I needed for my business working capital. I like the daily low payments. Approval, process time and payment took 2 days. And my representative, Adam, provided excellent customer service.
