Single items which are under 25mm in thickness are sent via the Large Letter service of Royal Mail and even though they have a tracking number, they can only be tracked once they are delivered.

I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 27th April via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days, however, we do ask that you allow up to 16 days for delivery, as items are sourced and dispatched from stores all over the UK and this time also allows for lost orders to be tracked and delivered.
