How to migrate data from Amazon WorkDocs
Transferring document ownership
You can transfer an inactive user's files and folders to an active user. For more information on how to deactivate a user, see Disabling users.
Warning
You can't undo this action.
To transfer document ownership
Choose the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the WorkDocs client.
Under Admin, choose Open admin control panel.
Under Manage Users, search for the inactive user.
Choose the pencil icon ( ) next to the inactive user's name.
Select Transfer Document Ownership and enter the new owner's email address.
Choose Save Changes.
