Procurement and contracts
ECHA regularly invites economic operators to participate in public procurement for goods and services, such as contracting scientific expertise, IT and consulting services, as well as different services and supplies of administrative nature.
ECHA can only enter into contracts with partners that have access to the Internal Market of the EU/EEA.
ECHA provides the following clarification in the specifications of the calls for tenders financed by the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework:
For tenderers established in the United Kingdom: Please be aware that following the expiration on 31 December 2020 of the transition period established in the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement, natural or legal persons residing or established in the United Kingdom are NOT considered as natural or legal persons residing or established in a Member State of the EU. UK residents and entities are therefore NOT eligible to participate under this call for tenders.
