One of the finer bowls of ramen I’ve had, porcini shoyu ramen soup is fabulous, chashu and fish meatballs very tasty and side of truffle egg rice complements it all very well

Ramen wait in line — 99 minutes. Seated meal — 23 minutes. Best ramen of my life — priceless?The “quad” broth (chicken, pork, shrimp, clam) and duck+pork cashu was killer.

東久留米の人気店が六本木に進出。Michelin好きそうな味ですね。座席はCounter8席と「ま～行列できるよな」というか作ってるのか？という仕様。近隣サラリーマンは遅くとも12:00までには行くように。でないと行列も昼休みから伸びていき絶対時間OVER確実なので・・・。上司に怒られちゃうぞ～ｗ。
