Easy to navigate website, nice extensive collection of home goods, and quick/easy purchase once you finally decide from all the options available. If I could give no stars I would!
6 weeks later and my parcel still hadn't arrived. When contacted twice all I got "its on its way", finally got a tracker number so had a look and there was a problem at the sorting office from China and the parcel had been sent back to seller. No attempt to reship this or tell me what was going on! Will not use again.

Very happy that the items received matched the descriptions online. Slightly late receipt of items because no confirmation of delivery was received and parcel was found hidden behind refuse bin some time after delivery (concerns courier not supplier).

I ordered kitchen rugs. I received the wrong print and they are cheap crap for 100.00. In order to return they want ME to pay for shipping to EUROPE! Stay away from these scam artists!
