EUR-Lex developments: December 2024
This page summarises the main new features on EUR-Lex.
Improvements to the ECB corner
We have made some improvements to the area of EUR-Lex dedicated to the European Central Bank: the ECB corner.
First, when you run a quick search that includes the term 'ECB', you will now see two buttons leading straight to the ECB corner and to the banking supervision page, just above the filter options to the left of the page.
Second, We have added a summaries of EU legislation section to the ECB corner, accessible via the left menu.
The summaries are short, easy-to-understand explanations of the main EU legal acts in the fields of competence of the ECB. They provide information on both the content and the background of legal acts.
Improvements to 'My saved items'
We have improved the export function of the 'My saved items' feature on EUR-Lex.
When you are signed in, you can export any items that are saved in your 'My saved items' folders.
You will receive an export of all the selected items, in the order in which they are displayed on EUR-Lex, including any that may be hidden on a second page when viewing online.
Warning when an act has been amended
As you may know, whenever there is a consolidated version of an act available, you are informed of this next to the 'in force' indicator when you are looking at the act.
Now you will also be warned when there has been an initial amendment to an act, but the consolidated version is not yet available.
If you want to see details of what has been amended, you can click on 'document information' in the left menu and find out more.
Contact us if you have any feedback or questions about these changes.
