Since the Committee had already set out its views on the contents of the proposal in question in opinion CESE 2942/2013, adopted on 25 May 2013 (*1), it decided at its 526th plenary session, held on 31 May and 1 June 2017 (meeting of 31 May 2017), by 177 votes to none with no abstentions, not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned document.
