TV The Voice season 26: See every contestant who advanced past the Blind Auditions — and which coach's team they're on See how Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, Reba McEntire, and Michael Bublé's teams stack up. By Maggie Fremont Maggie Fremont Maggie Fremont is a writer at Entertainment Weekly. EW's editorial guidelines Updated on October 17, 2024 02:00AM EDT New season, new judges, new button — but don’t worry, season 26 of The Voice is the same old party you’ve come to know and love. But it’s true: You might've noticed a few changes as the Blind Auditions got underway. Returning champ Reba McEntire is back for another spin in the big red chairs after her win with Asher HaVon last season, and she’s joined by now veteran coach Gwen Stefani. On either side of the ladies, however, are two new faces to The Voice coaching panel. Crooner Michael Bublé and rap icon (and former Voice Mega Mentor) Snoop Dogg have joined the show as coaches for the first time. If it sounds like a wild mix, you’re not wrong! But somehow, at least in the initial auditions, it really seems to be clicking. Why is Snoop Dogg crying? The Voice premiere brings the tears — twice! 'The Voice' season 26 coaches: Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, Reba McEntire, and Michael Bublé. Art Streiber/NBC This new dais got a new tool to use, too. Yes, coaches still have blocks and steals to wield later in the competition, but The Voice introduced the Coach Replay button in the Blinds; if after a contestant performed and a coach who did not turn for that singer regretted holding back, they had a second chance to push their button and try to win them over. In every use of the Coach Replay button during the Blind Auditions, the coaches used the buttons to "save" contestants that got no chairs to turn, so we never saw any fireworks with a coach challenging another coach using the button (maybe next season). The new rule was roundly welcomed by the coaches — not to mention made four lucky contestants very happy and more than one mama cry. The coaches filled their teams on Tuesday's episode, the Blind Auditions finale. Each coach now has 14 artists on their team for the Battle Rounds, which will then see each team reduced to nine contestants, who will move on to The 3-way Knockouts. Five artists from each team then proceed to the Playoffs, when each Coach can only advance two Artists to the Live Shows. We kept track of which contestant landed on which coach’s team, and the lists for each season 26 team are below if you want to take stock or revisit any of the performances before the Battles begin on Monday.
