I tell StarClick my problem by any means, but they don't care and don't respond.. What kind of company is StarClick!!! Shouldn't they respond?? Shouldn't they solve the problem that StarClick created?? Shouldn't they pay me my money?? How can I be satisfied with StarClick!!! If I say bad things, I'm a bad person. So I have to shut up and not get my rights to be a good person.... What's the point of giving my opinion?? I paid 20 dollars and I worked for a while.. Yes, I am a good donkey..

Hi.I wrote my own Bitcoin wallet address for payment because I don't have another wallet.. and StarClick sent me $10 which was mistakenly deposited to PayPal. Please send it to my correct Bitcoin address. I don't have a PayPal account.

This site is very terrible 😥😥 with no customer support account under review for more than 2 weeks no verification for document summited more than 4 month ago no payments despite having $50 in the account .

This website is a scam. After I reached the minimum payout of $50, they asked for my documents to verify. I submitted the documents 5 months ago until now no response. I tried to contact and email them about my issue, they never responded. Don't waste your time. Find something else to do. THIS IS A BIG SCAM.

it took me 6 or 7 months to get 20 dollars .i coundn't get the gold membership from my balance,because it said i have to make a payment to get the membership from my balance .so i paid 19.95 dollars to get the gold membership.it didn't say i have to pay monthly for the membership.let's say it's ok .so when i hit 50 dollars i tried making a payout,they ask me to send the economic profile which i have sent.and it's almost a week and it still says 'Warning! This account is under review.'and i can't get the 19.95 dollars that i paid .this site is a scam

I'm trying so hard to understand the reason behind my star-click account been under review since 7th of January. It seems to be a dubious act by star-click to have place my account under-review without concrete reason. Ok I got reply from the star-click support team telling me to confirm my last payout and on a second thought I can't access the account so I asked how on earth would I be able to confirm the last payout when I can't access the account? To me it's a deliberate act and dubious things to do by a company claim to serve in honesty. What different does it make when I paid $20 to upgrade to gold membership and it reached payout time account is under review. It seems a scam. How long does it take to review an account and what exactly are they reviewing? Even bank should be done with the reviews by now. Please star-click grant me access to my account. Thank you.

I've been using Star-Clicks for over 2 years, and while their platform has its benefits, my experience has been marred by the incredibly slow response from their support team.

In this day and age, it's unacceptable for a business to be unresponsive to customer emails. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I've encountered with Star-Clicks. Simple queries and concerns have been left unanswered for extended periods, leaving me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a platform user.

Given the competition in the industry, I expect more from Star-Clicks. They need to step up their support game and provide timely, reliable assistance to their customers.

Until then, I can only give them 2 stars. Hopefully, they'll take customer feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.
